We love that you chose us to shop with us here at Love Jessie and we also understand that sometimes your purchase may not be the right fit for your family.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

Your item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and unwashed with the tags still attached. Please contact us prior to returning your item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange or refunds on sale items.

Shipping items back to us on all returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.  In the rare occasion that you may receive a faulty item we will cover the shipping to exchange your purchase. To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return your product, you should email us at hello@lovejessie.com.au to receive instructions on where to mail your product.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If we accept your return, we will process your refund via the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note Australia Post advises that due to COVID-19 there may be longer than usual delivery times on all domestic and international deliveries. This is inclusive of Express Post and is due to COVID-19 and the higher-than-normal deliveries they are processing. 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
